A halter neck top in linen-cotton, hand block-printed with the Jaipur Sorbet floral motif by Atulyakala's deaf design team. Pink base with cream block-printed florals drawn from the Rajasthani block printing tradition.

Structured, padded panels that hold their shape without an underlayer. Hook closure at the front. Ties at the neck. Cropped at the midriff. Wear it with the Jaipur Sorbet Saree as a set, or with high-waisted trousers for a summer evening look.

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Wash separately for the first wash. Do not soak or wring. 

Dry in shade. Iron on low heat on the reverse side to protect the block-printed surface. Do not iron directly over the padded panels.

  • The panels are padded and hold their shape, but they are not underwired. For smaller bust sizes, the structure is sufficient to wear without a bra. For larger bust sizes, a strapless or adhesive bra would add more support and comfort through extended wear.

  • Both. The halter top is included when you purchase the Jaipur Sorbet Saree as a set. It is also available here as a standalone piece if you want to style it independently or replace a piece from the set.

  • Linen-cotton is slightly coarser than plain cotton but breathes better. It does not trap heat or cling to sweat. The fabric softens with each wash without losing its structure. For a cropped top worn in summer, it is a practical choice over softer fabrics that go limp through the day.

  • The neck strap is a fixed band, not adjustable ties. It sits flat against the back of the neck. The fit through the neck is consistent across the size range. The hook closure at the front is where you adjust the fit through the bust.
